1. Program description
Let’s Go SMALL, a DBA of Vacation Ownership Marketing LLC, may offer recurring automated text messages that include assessment reminders, launch-plan follow-up, small-business guidance, resource updates and tailored Let’s Go SMALL offers.
2. Optional consent
Providing a mobile number does not by itself enroll you in marketing texts. Enrollment requires an affirmative selection of the SMS consent checkbox or another documented opt-in method. Consent is not a condition of receiving assessment results, using free resources or making a purchase.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or customary user of the mobile number and authorize recurring automated messages from Let’s Go SMALL at that number. Electronic records may document the consent language, date, time, source page and related campaign information.
3. Opting out and revoking consent
Reply STOP to a Let’s Go SMALL message to opt out. We may send one final confirmation message. You may also communicate a clear revocation request through another reasonable method. After opting out, you may continue receiving non-SMS communications for which you remain subscribed.
4. Frequency, cost and delivery
Message frequency varies according to your activity and preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on network and device availability.
As a nationwide operating policy, recurring marketing texts are intended to be scheduled during reasonable daytime and early-evening hours in the recipient’s local time, generally between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., and within any narrower window required by applicable law. State-specific restrictions, do-not-call rules and consent requirements will be applied when they are more protective than the general policy.
5. Changes in mobile number
If you stop using or transfer your mobile number, opt out before relinquishing it and notify us when practical. This helps prevent messages from reaching a new holder of the number.
6. Privacy and partner contacts
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle information. SMS consent authorizes messages from Let’s Go SMALL, not unrelated partners. We will request separate permission before sharing contact information for outreach by a named partner.
7. Eligibility, records and changes
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to provide the number and consent. We may retain records of the consent language, affirmative action, date, time, source, number, confirmation and opt-out history to demonstrate compliance and honor your preferences across campaigns.
We may change, suspend or discontinue the program or these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date or by another appropriate notice. Where applicable law requires renewed consent for a material program change, messages will not continue under the changed terms until that consent is obtained.
